add the mince mutton, chana dal,dry masalas, ginger-garlic paste, coarsely chopped veggies,salt, mint leaves in a pressure cooker.
Close the lid & cook till 5-6 whistles. Once done open the lid (after releasing pressure) transfer in a kadhai & cook the mixture until all moisture evaporates. Transfer the mixture in a flat plate & let the mixture cool down. Mash it with a pestle for best results.
Add chopped onions, eggs, & coriander leaves. Mix n make smooth dough. Pinch out equal lemon size balls & flatten in the palm like tikki. Roll in breadcrumbs & shallow fry in a pan until golden on both sides
Serve hot with chicken shorba/broth or dips of ur choice .
